Enyra Product Assistant in Enigm Command supports product and administrative guidance. It uses a conversational interface to help authorized users understand Enigm products, navigate Enigm Command, review configuration context, and locate documentation.

Overview

Enyra Product Assistant is distinct from Enyra security intelligence workflows documented under Intelligence. Product Assistant supports:
  • Product guidance.
  • User assistance.
  • Documentation guidance.
  • Configuration assistance.
  • Platform navigation.
  • Feature explanation.
  • Device assistance.
  • Account assistance.
  • Managed device capability explanation.
  • Enigm Command workflow orientation.

Trust Domain

Product assistance operates in the Enigm Command product-assistance trust domain. It should use:
  • Product knowledge.
  • Documentation context.
  • User-facing support context.
  • Authorized Enigm Command configuration context.
  • Account, device, and product lifecycle context visible to the authorized user.
It should not require access to:
  • Threat intelligence telemetry.
  • Security detection rules.
  • Security investigation workflows.
  • Message plaintext.
  • Secure call content.
  • Media content.
  • Attachments.
  • Private key material.
  • Internal prompts or system instructions.

Separation From Security Intelligence

If a request moves into security investigation, threat intelligence access, risk analysis, event summarization, or defensive operations support, it belongs to Enyra security intelligence workflows documented under Enyra Architecture. Enyra Product Assistant does not replace:
  • Enigm Intelligence.
  • Detection systems.
  • Correlation systems.
  • Defensive controls.
  • Security operator authorization.
  • Human review for sensitive actions.

Authorization Boundaries

Product assistance must not expand access beyond the user’s authorized Enigm Command role. Sensitive actions should require explicit authorization according to the applicable Enigm Command workflow. Conversational guidance should not automatically perform destructive, administrative, security-sensitive, or lifecycle-changing actions without the required authorization boundary.

Privacy Considerations

Product assistance should minimize unnecessary identity metadata and avoid exposing protected content. Enyra Product Assistant must remain separate from message plaintext, secure call content, media content, attachments, user conversations, and private key material. See Platform Limitations.
